Dr. Zeitels is a co-founder of InnoVoyce and serves on its Board of Directors and as a Scientific Consultant. He is currently the Eugene B. Casey Professor of Laryngeal Surgery at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Center for Laryngeal Surgery and Voice Rehabilitation.

Dr. Zeitels has authored more than 200 scientific articles presented over 300 papers at prestigious institutes around the world. He has received more than 75 awards, including the Newcomb Award from the American Laryngological Association and the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Boston University School of Medicine.

His career and pioneering surgeries were highlighted in a 2013 New Yorker profile: A Surgeon Pioneers Methods to Help Singers Sing’. Dr. Zeitels has done groundbreaking voice-restoration microsurgery on 19 Grammy-Award winning performers and helped countless others restore their voices.

Dr. Hillman is a cofounder of InnoVoyce and serves on its Board of Directors and as a Scientific Consultant. He is currently the Co-Director and Research Director of the Center for Laryngeal Surgery and Voice Rehabilitation at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Hillman’s research focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of voice disorders for which he has been awarded over 30 grants from federal and private agencies and produced over 160 publications. He has received 15 major awards related to his research including the two highest given by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Mr. Andrade is an entrepreneurial executive, with a history of starting and growing businesses into successful, profitable enterprises. He co-founded Millennium Graphics in 2000 and Universal Millennium in 2007, eventually selling each and staying on in executive marketing and sales roles. Mr. Andrade is an expert in partnership negotiations, marketing, sales, and customer service. Mr. Andrade developed issues with his vocal cords in early 2000. As such, he has a unique appreciate for the company’s groundbreaking efforts in voice health.

“Tish” is the Chairman and Co Founder of Lightkeeper Software. He was also the co-founder and Chairman of Tamale Software and 24 Services until their successful sales . He was a co-founder/PM of 033 Asset Management, a $0.5B hedge fund. Tish has held management positions throughout various tech and services businesses over the last 35 years.

Tish is actively engaged in corporate and charitable boards and currently serves on the boards of Griffith Properties, Tinyhood, 24 Cares, and Team Impact. He graduated from Tufts University where he currently serves on the Board of Advisors.

Michael Davin is the acting CEO of InnoVoyce. Prior to joining InnoVoyce, Michael was the Chairman and CEO Cynosure. Michael has a long and successful history in various executive leadership roles including co-founder and CCO of Cutera. Michael sits on the board of Cynosure, Allurion Technologies, Inkbit Technologies, Amsel Medical, and LRV Health.

As VP of Operations for InnoVoyce, Mr. Mais is a versatile and experienced product development manager. Prior to joining InnoVoyce, he was at Insulet Corporation, where he worked in various operations and new product development roles of increasing responsibility, including a six-month rotation in Shenzhen, China.

Mike is a proven sales leader with 30 years of surgical laser sales management experience. Mike has a successful track record of driving new product launches, increasing market share with existing products, developing marketing strategies, and creating winning sales teams in the medical device field.

As the Commercial Manager for InnoVoyce, Mike’s main priority is putting the customer first, ensuring all questions are answered, and all needs are met. Mike brings a wealth of industry knowledge stemming from a background in Mechanical Engineering and years of experience as an Account Manager at Cynosure working alongside both physicians and clinic staff.

Connie has over 34 years as a regulatory professional including extensive work in energy-based devices such as Lasers and Radio-Frequency devices. Connie previously served as the EVP of Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Development at Cynosure, a division of Hologic and after retiring started working as a consultant.

Connie’s experience includes FDA submissions including 510K and deNovo, International submissions such as Canada, China and Brazil, and EU MDR Technical files for CE mark.  Connie is also experienced in Quality Management systems including FDA 21 CFR and MDSAP compliance. She is a certified lead auditor who conducts MDSAP internal audits.

In addition, Connie is an extreme scuba diver and has dived all over the world including Africa, Antarctica, Galapagos, Indonesia, Australia, and Iceland.

Sheree Titan-Ford is an accomplished marketing professional with over 30 years of industry experience across the healthcare, telecommunication, and technology sectors.  As the Founder and CEO of Titan Marketing, Sheree has established herself as a visionary leader, known for providing strategic value to clients beyond successful marketing campaigns that has resulted in business growth and impactful commercialization.

In addition to Titan Marketing, Sheree currently holds key advisory positions that reflect her commitment to making a broader impact. She serves as an advisor to Nightingale Labs, a pioneering healthcare technology company and Autism Health, an organization focused on enhancing healthcare access and support for individuals with autism.

Prior to Titan Marketing, Sheree has held executive leadership and marketing positions at fortune 500 companies such as Philips and Sybase (acquired) as well as emerging startup organizations in the medical device and health tech space.

In addition to her professional achievements, Sheree is actively involved in industry associations and community initiatives. She believes in giving back and often volunteers her time and expertise to support causes she is passionate about.  Sheree holds a B.A. in English from the State University of New York at Albany.

Shaun brings over 30 years of engineering, research and development leadership experience to InnoVoyce. He has a strong background in the invention, design and launch of many varieties of energy devices including class IV medical and aesthetic lasers, RF systems and other medical devices as well as industrial power conversion and motion controls. Shaun has extensive experience forging and guiding multi-disciplinary R&D and design teams in fast paced, novel technology development environments. His enthusiasm for innovation has resulted in 13 US patents including 6 on medical picosecond lasers.
